Tendo em vista a realização da Conferência das Nações Unidas sobre Desenvolvimento Sustentável (Rio+20), entre os dias 13 e 22 de junho de 2012, na cidade do Rio de Janeiro, o Instituto Brasileiro de Museus (Ibram/MinC) convida museus e entidades culturais do Estado do Rio de Janeiro a colaborarem na elaboração de um roteiro cultural Museus Rio +20.O objetivo é convocar a comunidade a discutir, vivenciar e trocar experiências e reflexões que conduzam à dimensão da diversidade cultural como vetor de desenvolvimento humano.
As instituições interessadas em participar devem se cadastrar, entre 11 de abril e 4 de maio, na página Museus Rio+20 e inserir as informações relativas à programação proposta durante a conferência. O cadastro funciona nos mesmos moldes de atividades desenvolvidas pelo Ibram como a Semana de Museus e a Primavera dos Museus. O endereço da página para inscrição será divulgado nos próximos dias.
Seminários, exposições, oficinas, espetáculos, mesas redondas, visitas guiadas, exibições de filmes, entre outras atividades, podem integrar o roteiro cultural – que será impresso e distribuído pelo Ibram durante a Rio+20, nos diversos espaços que a conferência irá ocupar, assim como ficará disponível em formato digital. A efetiva inclusão da programação do museu no roteiro cultural acontecerá somente com a inscrição.
